This package is great for someone who has been dealing with a lot of stress and has some areas of pain or discomfort. It includes:
1 – 75 minute Stressbuster Therapeutic Aromatherapy Massage – (Targets specific areas with deep work) This full body session is powerful yet soothing and TARGETS the neck/shoulders, lower back/hips/glutes, and feet with deep tissue and hot stone therapy. Relaxation massage is done everywhere else. The foot massage is enhanced with warmed stones, deep tissue and is done with a therapeutic cream. Includes therapeutic aromatherapy. You will emerge feeling rejuvenated, calm, centered and refreshed.
1- 45 minute Express Massage – This session is only available a couple times per year. It is powerful and targets the back/hips, lower back, neck/shoulders, and feet with deep tissue, soothing hot stone therapy, and relaxation massage. The foot massage is our premium foot treatment which includes hot stone deep tissue and hand work and is done with a therapeutic cream. Your massage cream is infused with therapeutic aromatherapy.
This a great combination because the first session should be the longer session. The 2nd session I can specifically target areas of pain or discomfort or it can be an incredibly relaxing 45 minute session.
