Hours
We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. Everything we do is by appointment so we make ourselves available when clients need us the most. We are also available on some holidays to serve clients during times when they are off from work.
Evenings and Weekend Hours
It is important that clients understand that since we offer evening and weekend appointments, we need to know as far in advance as possible in order to get you in. We never do walk-ins. We are basically NOT at the office unless we have appointments. So, especially if you need after 5 pm or a weekend appointment, you need to call ahead of time to schedule.
Refunds for Couple Massage Appointments
Refunds of deposits will be processed by our new bookkeeper within 7 days of a cancelation. Refunds must not only be sent back but must also be properly documented. We have started getting a crazy number of texts and phone calls for appointments. Donna is juggling way more administrative tasks than she can possibly handle AND do massages. As such, she has had to bring in help for those tasks that can be time-consuming. This will also, hopefully, serve the purpose of cutting down on clients setting appointments that they are not sure they can make. Each couple massage appointment that we set takes up a tremendous amount of time.
Gift Certificates Purchased/Pre-payments For Sessions
Pre-payments for a session and gift certificates are treated the same way. Absolutely no refunds. Your options are: come in for the appointment; transfer the gift certificate or session to another person (just let us know); come in for any appointment of equal value even if it is a couples massage.
Refunds For Appointments
Once a session starts, and you are worked on, no refunds will be given. We make every effort to make sure that we are a good fit for each client coming in. We also ask questions during the intake process. However, once you book and come in, we have already turned away many other clients who wanted to come in. Therefore, there are no refunds once the session starts.
Missed Appointments With No Notice
If you schedule an appointment and miss it and do not give us 24 hours notice, you are responsible for 1/2 the cost of that session. If you try to schedule again later, then you must pay that amount prior to scheduling a new appointment – otherwise you must prepay for the new appointment in full.
Gift Certificate General Rules
There are no refunds given on gift certificates purchased. They can be transferred to someone else but they must be used, even if a session has to be rescheduled. It does not matter what the reason is. We adhere to the same rules that most spas in our area adhere to. They do not allow refunds on gift certificates and neither do we. Gift certificates must be used or transferred to another recipient. If you have a gift certificate that has expired and it is less than a year on the expiration date, we will still honor it.
