We actually WORK with the stones – we do not sit stones on clients like at most other places. THIS MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE. Stressbuster Aromatherapy Deluxe Therapeutic Massage - (Targets specific areas with deep work) This full body session is powerful yet soothing and TARGETS the neck/shoulders, lower back/hips/glutes, and feet with deep tissue and hot stone therapy. Relaxation massage is done everywhere else. The foot massage is enhanced with warmed stones, deep tissue and is done with a therapeutic cream. You will emerge feeling rejuvenated, calm, centered and refreshed.
Sports Therapeutic Massage – This session targets areas affected by your particular sport or exercise activity. It includes soothing hot stone therapy, deep tissue, Swedish massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and an incredible foot massage. Donna knows what muscles to target depending on your sport or exercise activity and she is known for finding areas of pain or discomfort that sometimes clients are not even aware have been stressed.
Muscle Rejuvenation – (Has the most deep tissue) This session features mostly deep tissue and stronger pressure. It is a 75 or 90 minute session and targets chronic pain and muscle discomfort. This session is for someone used to deeper pressure but not extreme pressure. Because we utilize hot stones in our work, extreme pressure is never required to get excellent therapeutic results. A cooling gel is mixed with hot stone therapy and Swedish massage to have you moving and feeling better than you have in a long time. It is essentially a body reset.
90 Minutes of Heaven - The Ultimate in Relaxation! If you are super stressed, this session will be a taste of heaven on earth. It is deeply relaxing and therapeutic and incorporates our Heavenly Foot Massage. Soothing warmed stones are used to ENHANCE your session to help melt away muscle tension and take relaxation to a whole new level. Deep tissue techniques are used in areas of pain or discomfort. The hot stone therapy and foot massage easily makes this the most relaxing session available.
Two Hour Massage – Back by popular demand! This session is similar to the 90 minutes of Heaven but also includes the use of warmed towels on the feet, hands, neck/shoulder area. It is essentially a two hour vacation from life to take care of you. For ladies only.
Traveler’s Delight Therapeutic Massage - (Has the most deep tissue) Meetings, seminars, cramped planes, driving for too long, classes, jet lag, sleeping on hotel beds, etc. all take a toll on the body. Many of our clients are from out of town so we have developed a massage therapy session just for them: Enjoy a soothing therapeutic massage that targets the neck/shoulders, lower back, legs, and hips with deep tissue/deep muscle therapy (gentle to moderate); hot stones that are used to heighten relaxation and help release tense muscles; a special blend of essential oils that bring about a sense of well-being, mental clarity, balance, and deep relaxation; and a luxurious extended foot massage is combined with hot stone therapy and a special foot treatment to take relaxation to a whole new level. Emerge feeling rejuvenated and brand new! This is a 90 minute session and is open to male or female travelers.
Last Minute Emergency Spot Treatment – This is a last minute session and includes work on 1-2 areas of the body to reduce pain or discomfort. It includes the use of hot stones, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. It is geared towards pain relief. (This session may be priced higher simply because you are being fit into an already busy schedule)
Foot Reflexology Massage - Foot massage from a trained therapist is much more powerful than most people realize. It is great for your health and is one of the most relaxing things you could ever do for yourself. We know the pressure points that help to relieve stress and we utilize various techniques. This is an extended version of the hot stone foot massage included in some of our sessions. When combined with a full body massage it helps to create the ultimate massage experience.
