This session targets areas affected by your particular sport or exercise activity. It includes soothing hot stone therapy, deep tissue, Swedish massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and an incredible foot massage. Donna knows what muscles to target depending on your sport or exercise activity and she is known for finding areas of pain or discomfort that sometimes clients are not even aware have been stressed.
