This deposit holds your place on the calendar for the couples massage. We are trying to prevent no-shows which ends up blocking other clients and couples from getting in. The cost (minus the $3 processing fee) is deducted from the full price. You pay the balance when you come in for your session.
We require 48 hour cancelation. Missed appointments BLOCK other couples from coming in. Each week we literally turn away at least 5 couples especially during January and February.
